New Beginnings Construction’s Customer Commitment


New Beginning Construction’s role on a project is to be the customer’s advocate, not their adversary. We are their representative during the entire construction process. The customer is THE ONE who must be completely satisfied with the job. Satisfaction includes the price, appearance and quality of the work performed. An on- time completion is essential. A satisfied customer is one who has been kept well informed throughout the job process. We pledge to meet with the customer on a regular basis to cover all critical aspects of the project.

We may offer suggestions to the customer which, in our opinion, would improve the quality and/or functionality of the end product. We should never take on a project and just “build to plan” if we feel there is a better alternative. We will communicate directly with the customer and let him or her make the final decision as to how to proceed. We PLEDGE to always work with the customer’s best interests in mind. A satisfied customer is the result of a successful job, managed by a professional, customer-focused contactor.
